  • Refreshing/Clearing your cache if you are working with a website
  • Rebooting if you are having trouble with hardware
  • Checking to make sure all cables are plugged in all the way and are secure
  • Closing all programs except the one you are using
  • Making sure you are connected to the Staff Wifi if using a staff computer


If you have done everything above, it's time to put in a ticket. If your issue is time sensitive, first put in a ticket at helpdesk.pureheart.org or by emailing helpdesk@pureheart.org, copy the ticket number, and then post in the Help-IT channel in Teams, referencing your ticket number. This will ensure that your request won't get lost or missed and help us keep track of each request.
